Shaya Bates - CEO / Founder

Shaya is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and co-owner of Link to Learn.  She founded Link to Learn with a mission to provide a network of support for children with unique learning needs and their families.  She began working in the field of ABA in 2007.  She holds a Master's degree in Special Education with a concentration in Autism. Shaya takes pride in her attention to detail and making Link to Learn a stand-out company with a positive culture!

Matthew Bates - Director of Operations and Finance

Matthew is a Certified Financial Planner, he earned his degree in finance from Purdue University in 2004.   Matthew's career focus is on assisting people with planning and meeting long term goals.  Matthew loves people and he is excited about building collaborative goal oriented teams at Link to Learn!
